Good to know

• Send texts only between 9 AM and 8 PM in the customer's local time. That's the narrowest window common to the federal rule and state laws such as Florida, Oklahoma and Maryland; some states also limit Sundays and holidays, and Virginia's law now covers marketing texts. Check your state's rules. This isn't legal advice.
• Get the customer's written consent before sending any marketing text, whatever tool you use.
• Honor STOP and similar replies (stop, quit, end, revoke, opt out, cancel, unsubscribe) right away, and within 10 business days at most; keep a record. Virginia requires honoring a STOP to marketing texts for 10 years.
• Review and recovery messages never offer anything for a positive review or ask a customer to remove one, and recovery replies don't promise refunds you haven't approved.
• You stay in charge: AI drafts can be wrong, so review every message before it goes to a customer and don't paste private customer data into AI tools. Works with any AI chat tool; not affiliated with any AI company. No sales, revenue, time-saved or other result is promised.
