Refund policy

All sales are final. Our kits, books and sets are instant digital downloads, so we don't offer refunds or exchanges once your order is placed, including if you change your mind.

If something is wrong with a file, we'll make it right. If a download is broken, won't open, is missing or isn't as described, email ryanviabusiness@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about the problem, and we'll send you a working replacement file. For a set, this covers every file in the set. If we can't provide a working file that matches the product description, we'll refund that order.

If you bought the same kit, book or set twice by mistake, email us within 14 days of the second order with both order numbers and we'll refund the duplicate order.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under law that can't be waived.
