Downloads and delivery

Are your products physical or digital?

Everything in the Archive is a digital product. Nothing is shipped. You receive files you can download, open and use right away.

How do I get my files after I buy?

Once your payment is confirmed, download links appear on your order confirmation page and are also sent to the email address you used at checkout. See our Digital Product Delivery Policy for details.

I didn't get my download email. What should I do?

Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it isn't there, contact us with your order number and the email you used at checkout, and we'll resend your files.

Can I download my files again later?

Save your files to your own computer or cloud storage as soon as you download them. If you lose access, contact us with your order number and we'll help.

Files and compatibility

What file formats do you use?

Each product page lists the exact formats included. Common formats are XLSX (spreadsheets), PDF (guides and printables) and DOCX (editable documents). Many products arrive as a single ZIP file containing everything.

What software do I need?

Each product page and the included Start Here guide list the file formats and say exactly what has been tested. PDFs open in any PDF reader. DOCX files open in Microsoft Word or a compatible editor.

Can I edit the files?

Yes. Templates and spreadsheets are meant to be customized for your own use.

Refunds

Can I get a refund?

Our Refund Policy sets out exactly when we fix or refund a purchase.

Licensing

How can I use what I buy?

Each purchase is licensed for use in a single business (yours). You can customize the files and use them with your own clients. Each product includes its license terms.

Can I share or resell the files?

No. Resale, redistribution and sharing aren't allowed, whether the files are edited or unedited, and they can't be included in another product. See our Terms of Service.

Is anything here legal, tax or financial advice?

No. Our products are general tools and educational resources. Where a product includes a template such as an agreement, have a qualified professional in your area review it before you rely on it.
