This lawn care pricing calculator and quote template helps you price every lawn from your real cost per crew-hour, quote whole seasons clearly, and see which clients pay what they should.

How it works

1. On My Costs, enter crew size and pay, payroll %, equipment and vehicle costs, overhead, crew-hours per month and your profit target.
2. On Service Menu, enter crew minutes and materials per 1,000 sq ft (or per visit) for each service.
3. On Property Quote, enter the measured lawn and bed areas, drive time, services and visits; print the Customer Quote.
4. Track each client's real crew minutes on the Season Tracker.
5. Use the renewal letters to adjust prices that fall below target.

Good to know

• Every number in the EXAMPLE file belongs to a made-up business; it isn't a market rate or a recommendation.
• Templates aren't legal advice; tax lines are placeholders. Have your own professionals review them.

• Texting or emailing clients: message only people who gave you their number or email, honor every STOP or unsubscribe request right away, and get a client's written consent before sending marketing texts with an automated tool. Marketing emails need your postal address and an unsubscribe option (CAN-SPAM). Some states, including Virginia, add rules such as allowed texting hours. This isn't legal advice.
